Penang Port Commission (PPC) has hosted a signing ceremony of memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Penang Emergency Mutual Aid (PEMA) on the 9 February 2015. This MOU is one of PPC's initiative to set up a 'task force' which will enables the port to combat oil spill within the port limit of Penang. Among the agencies that participate in this ceremony are Penang Port Sdn. Bhd., Petronas, Shell, Chevron, Petron and Sin Soon Hock. |
