The development of SPCT will include the implementation of a Shore Power System to allow vessels to connect to onshore electricity, reducing emissions and improving environmental performance while alongside. In parallel, the SPCT will be developed and fully equipped to support safe and efficient terminal operations. The surrounding SPCT area will also be comprehensively developed with supporting infrastructure, utilities, and access facilities to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and long-term capacity for future growth.
